The Lady Raiders were victorious over Porta, 4-3.
The Raiders got things started in the first inning when Karsyn singled, Faith reached first on an error, and Izzy hit into a fielder's choice, scoring one.
Porta knotted the game up at one in the bottom of the first inning.
The Raiders scored another in the third inning after Taylor and Lexi single to get on, Karsyn reached first on an error, Faith grounded into a fielder’s choice, and Izzy singled, scoring one.
After the Raiders scored two more runs in the top of the fifth, Porta answered with two of their own. The Lady Raiders scored when Makayla singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run and an error scored another.
Izzy was credited with the victory for the Raiders. The hurler went seven innings, allowing three runs on four hits, striking out eight and walking one.
The Lady Raiders scattered ten hits in the game. Karsyn and Faith each collected multiple hits. Karsyn led the team with three hits in four at bats.

The Lady Raiders went 1-1 at a triangular round robin in Dunlap, defeating El Paso-Gridley 11-1 thanks to seven runs in the second inning. The big inning was driven by singles by Taylor, Karsyn, Alexis, and Izzy, and doubles by Faith and Makayla.
Izzy got the win for the Raiders, pitching six innings, allowing one run on five hits, striking out 11, and walking zero.
The Lady Raiders collected 14 hits on the day. Karsyn, Makayla, Faith, Taylor, and Izzy each racked up multiple hits for the team. Makayla and Karsyn each had three hits to lead the Raiders.
The Lady raiders grabbed an early lead on their way to a 9-3 victory over Pleasant Plains on Friday. The Raiders scored on a single by Makayla in the first inning, a single by Lexi
in the second inning, a single by Faith in the second inning, and a groundout by Izzy in the second inning.
The Lady Raiders tallied three runs in the third inning. The rally was led by an error on a ball put in play by Taylor and a double by Lexi.
Izzy was credited with the victory for the Raiders. The pitcher surrendered three runs on seven hits over seven innings, striking out 15 and walking one.
The Raiders totaled 12 hits in the game. Karsyn, Lexi, and Faith all collected multiple hits for the team, with Lexi and Karsyn each having three.

HAPPY SPRING BREAK RAIDERS!
Today was THE day!!! After 4 months of bridge building, Mrs. DeSutter's Physics students broke the bridges that they designed and built from balsa wood. Eli and Keaton's bridge (Named: Get Over It) held 58 pounds and weighed 53.3 grams!!! Colton, Hollie and Carly's bridge (Named: Bridge Name) held 55 pounds and weighed 51.6 grams!!! Both the groups did well and placed top 5 and top 7 of the 70 bridges students have built in Physics since 2017! Way to go!!!
