Today is the last day of Red Ribbon Week! This year’s theme is “Life Is A Puzzle. Solve It Drug Free.” Red Ribbon Week was created in remembrance of Kiki Camarena, who was devoted to protecting his community from drug use and crime. Most students your age are making the smart choice of living a drug-free life! By making healthy choices, you set a good example for those around you. Remember, putting life’s piece’s together in a way that fits, starts by bring drug free!

6th Grade Spotlight is Robert Riley! Robert is a wonderful student who consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and a genuine love for learning. He approaches every task with focus and determination, often exceeding expectations. In addition to academic excellence, Robert is respectful, kind, and a positive role model for his peers—always treating teachers and classmates with courtesy and consideration. He's living out the Raider PATH! Great job Robert!
Midwest Central Girls swept a pair of games against Lewistown Thursday night at home. 7th Grade Girls won 37-29. Kynlie H led the way with 12, Kallie H had 8, Libby D had five, and Evan M Faithie D and Emma D all had four. 8th grade won 49-22 with every player scoring. Peyton B led the way with 19 points, Sophia H Had five threes for 15 points, Zoey C had 5, Nora D had four, Kate R had three, Angel M had two and Jaina B added one.
Good luck to the 8th grade girls basketball team traveling to West Lincoln Broadwell for a tournament tomorrow!
Good luck to the boys’ basketball team kicking off their season tomorrow in their annual Tip Off Classic! The Raiders play on their home court at 9:00am against Delavan and then at 3:00pm against Lincoln! Come out and support your Raiders!
